At inBrain.ai I assisted the Digital Media Manager with social media management and content creation for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter for their app Zap Surveys. I spearheaded the creation and implementation of social media metrics reporting and a social listening program to increase audience engagement and growth. I also worked alongside the Director of Marketing to create paid social media ads on Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok. In this role, I maintained brand innovation and kept on top of the latest social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
